Venom Mission Statement
Venom Organization is committed to molding great young athletes into champions, on the field and in the community.  Our team goal is to be ranked among the top of teams athletically and in regards to exemplary sportsmanship.  In order to achieve our goals, each athlete must dedicate themselves to hard work and discipline through these basic rules:
1. Be on time
2. Be aware you ALWAYS represent the Venom Organization
3. Work hard outside of practice as individuals (do something every day for the benefit of your team)
4. Volunteer in your local community
5. Always be respectful, especially when you find it difficult

The discipline and work habits we learn from our softball experiences will extend into our daily lives.  The success we achieve from our hard work and perseverance through adversity will teach life lessons that will extend far beyond the diamond.  We believe that our greatest contribution is in teaching young people the values of competition: to make a commitment, to work hard, to strive for excellence, to sacrifice to make the team better, and to be the best you can be as a person and as an athlete.
