“It’s not the will to win that matters—everyone has that. It’s the will to prepare to win that matters” ~Bear Bryant~
Welcome visitors and parents, Thanks for visiting our website and I encourage you to sign in on our guestbook and use this tool to help encourage our girls. Parents and players can also use our message board and chat rooms. We are based out of Central Ohio. We are dedicated to teaching our young athletes the fundamental skills needed to play at the highest levels of competition. As well as teaching them leadership skills and life lessons needed to deal with life challenges. Goal oriented... Always looking for dedicated athletes to join our team. We commit personal time to one on one hitting & pitching instruction at no charge to our players. We are committed to the development of our players. We practice year around and have access to an indoor facility at no charge. I'm a 19 year Army Veteran that provides well organized, well planned training and practices. We stay current on all the new skills and drills being taught at all levels. There is no better game than Girls Fastpitch Softball and I'm honored to be apart of it!! If you are interested in joining our team, please contact me for information on tryouts. Thanks again, Coach Rick | Venom Mission Statement
Venom Organization is committed to molding great young athletes into champions, on the field and in the community. Our team goal is to be ranked among the top of teams athletically and in regards to exemplary sportsmanship. In order to achieve our goals, each athlete must dedicate themselves to hard work and discipline through these basic rules:
1. Be on time
2. Be aware you ALWAYS represent the Venom Organization
3. Work hard outside of practice as individuals (do something every day for the benefit of your team)
4. Volunteer in your local community
5. Always be respectful, especially when you find it difficult
The discipline and work habits we learn from our softball experiences will extend into our daily lives. The success we achieve from our hard work and perseverance through adversity will teach life lessons that will extend far beyond the diamond. We believe that our greatest contribution is in teaching young people the values of competition: to make a commitment, to work hard, to strive for excellence, to sacrifice to make the team better, and to be the best you can be as a person and as an athlete.
